Ordering Policies

Wellcare reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. Some products may not be available to all customers and all countries. Orders are binding when accepted and confirmed by Wellcare.

1.)SHIPPING
Within the Greater Toronto Area

0-$49 (flat rate $10); $50 - $199 (flat rate $12); $200-$350 ($15); $350 + (free shipping)
       Free shipping for orders $350 and over (except for large or heavy items)
Flat Rates within GTA for orders less than $350

$0 - $49 - shipping $10

$59 - $199 - shipping $12

$200 - $350 - shipping $15

$350 + - free shipping (except for large or heavy items). 

Outside the Greater Toronto Area
       Free Shipping for orders over $350 (except for large or heavy items)
       Orders between $200 and $350 will be subject to a $10 shipping/handling
       Orders less than $200 will be subject to a $15 shipping/handling

Please note a customized separate shipping quote will be made for orders from Yukon, North-West Territories and Nunavut. Currently Wellcare is not shipping to the United States. Standard shipping is with UPS, Canpar or Canada Post. Larger items may ship via freight (truck) companies

2.)DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If a shipment arrives damaged or if the box appears damaged, note damage or in detail on your copy and the driver's copy of the Delivery Receipt or Bill of Lading and have the driver sign it, acknowledging the damage. Call the carrier and request an inspection and inspection report immediately to facilitate claim. Call Wellcare within 72 hours to notify our Customer Service Department of damaged merchandise and ask for a return authorization number (RA#).

3.)RETURN/EXCHANGE
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) from our office is required for returns. Write this number on the outside of your returned item. We will credit your account for returned merchandise, minus the restocking fee, once the merchandise has been received and inspected. The returned item must come back in new condition (original packaging, complete and in a resell able condition). Use extra caution when packing to avoid damage. An unsatisfactory product may be returned within 10 days of receipt, for full refund. After 10 days there is a 15% restocking fee applied.
Special or custom orders, books, software, pillows, braces, all support garments worn next to the skin, as well as some bathroom safety products due to hygienic reasons are non-returnable
